Refund policy

  • We understand plans change, so let’s reschedule your delivery for when it’s convenient!

    If that doesn’t work and you would still like to cancel, we are happy to offer a full refund as long as the order has not been picked up.

    If the order has been picked up but not delivered, we can refund the bouquet but not the delivery fee.

    If the order has already been delivered, we are unable to cancel and refund.

    Please allow 4-6 business days for a refund to process.

  • Damaged Products: If the Product arrives damaged (“Damaged Product”), we will provide a replacement product if a photo of the original (damaged) product is sent to support@tonicblooms.com and we respond via e-mail confirming whether the product was a Damaged Product.
